We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know so we can correct it. In order to receive a refund or exchange you will need to send the item back to us. Once the item is received we will refund your money or send you the exchange. However, if you need an exchange or a refund based on an error that we made, please email us a picture of the mistake. This way we can make the correction for you as quickly as possible. *WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING costs for any returned merchandise. EXCHANGES If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, design, or type of shirt of equal value, we will cover the cost of shipping your new shirt to you within the United States or Canada.
